am: long course at university
warm up = 3 x 100s breathing every 3 5 7 9 @ 125
then 6 100 as
2 50 kick then a 50 stroke
then 2 100 one 50 pull then a 50 stroke
then 2 100 one 50 drill then a 50 swim
3 x 100 50 dps 40 build

mainset
3 100s best stroke on 230 best average
400 ez
200 broken for time @ 15 rest
400 ez
broken 200 for time @ 10 rest
400 ez
2 50s fast
from dive on 10 min


pm : 3000 oyo every 500 25 yard sprint

so far, this camp is fun. We swim alot. I really enjoy swimming. We had frozen yogurt today it was healthy. With berries and frozen waffles for breaky. Lunch was sandwiches. yum. What jesse is trying to say is the camp is very enjoyable. Even though the camp is coming to a end this has been a great experience.
